▪ Cancellations less than 30 days: 50% of  the full payment will be forfeited. However should it be possible to fill the cancelled place with an alternative customer a full refund will be offered.

All deposits will be placed in a trust account to protect against insolvency and provide security for customer funds.

We will provide contact numbers should you be delayed and we will allow alternative arrangements to be made for customers to join the tour at a later date.

In the unlikely event of us having to cancel your trip we will give you a full refund. We reserve the right to change routes or accommodation at short notice if exceptional circumstances require it.
