Payment methods
Motorcycles:
For Visa/MasterCard, Credit Card there is a 2% surcharge.  Debit cards are accepted.
Paypal is not accepted. Bank Draft. Cheques need to clear before the motorcycle can be taken, please allow 7 days.  See item description for details.

Clothing & Accessories: 
Paypal is accepted on smaller items.  Visa/Mastercard/Maestro debit cards please ring 01603 307500.  Cheques made out to C J Ball, please allow 7 days to clear. 

We will accept postal orders but they are sent at your own risk (please post recorded delivery). 

Shop ship-to locations
We ship within the UK and to most destinations worldwide.

UK delivery is either by First Class Post or FedEx overnight courier depending on parcel size & weight.

Overseas shipping by Airmail, ParcelForce or FedEx depending on parcel size and destination - please contact us for a price quotation.

Postage & packaging
Buyer Pays Shipping.

Next working day delivery in the UK on orders placed before midday. Saturday delivery available at an additional premium. Sunday not available. Deliveries will be before close of business (5pm).

Please provide a contact phone number in case the courier cannot find you.

Customer service & return policy
Returns accepted within 7 days - goods to be returned unused and in their original packaging with a covering note stating the invoice number and reason for return.

If goods were ordered in error the buyer must bear the cost of return postage and will be charged P&P at cost on replacement items.

If goods were ordered correctly but supplied in error we will bear the postal costs of return and replacement.

You are entitled to cancel your contract before you receive the goods, and within 7 working days after you receive them. To cancel, please inform us in writing or by e-mail.
