The scheme is open to riders aged 21-69
The rider must hold a full UK motorcycle licence for no more than 12 months.
Applies to motorcycles registered as new in 2009.

UNACCEPTABLE RISKS.
Where any rider:
Lives in a caravan unless permanently sited.
Is aged 20 or under.
Is aged 70 or over.
Has not been continuously resident in the UK for the past 3yrs.
Suffers from any medical condition or disability unless same reported to the DVLA and a driving licence granted, and there have been no accidents within the last 3yrs directly caused by such condition.
Has a criminal record or as sustained a criminal conviction
Is currently banned from riding.
Has had any motor/motorcycle insurance declined, cancelled or had special terms imposed.
Is engaged in any of the following occupations:
Actor
Actress
Bookmaker
Courier, Fast Food Delivery
Music and Entertainment related industries
Messenger Service
Non UKForces
Sportsman/Woman
Unemployed.
Where use is:
For rallies, competitions,trails or on any motor sport circuit (Unless additional premium
paid for Track day cover in respect of Comprehensive policies)
For the sale or delivery of food, drink or refreshments.
For use as a courier, despatch rider or messenger.
For hire and the carriage of passenger or goods for hire and reward.
For any connection with the Motor Trade.
